Football Game Preview: Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs vs. Lonoke Jackrabbits + Official Tickets

The Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs will head out on the road to square off against the Lonoke Jackrabbits at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams are strolling into their games after big wins in their previous games.

Central Arkansas Christian's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Hall, posting a 50-0 victory. The Mustangs have beaten the Warriors the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Warriors has come to flipping the script.

A big part of Central Arkansas Christian's win came down to the chemistry between Cooper Moseley and his top target Hudson Ritchie. Moseley threw for 187 yards and three touchdowns while Ritchie picked up 98 receiving yards and one score. Those 98 receiving yards gave Ritchie a new career-high.

Central Arkansas Christian's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB six times. Brody Vantilborg was especially locked on to Hall's QB and sacked him twice.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lonoke). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Riverview 62-6. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Jackrabbits with their most commanding win of the season.

Lonoke's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Central Arkansas Christian, the win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4.

Central Arkansas Christian was taken down by Lonoke 41-0 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Thankfully for the Mustangs, Marquez Jackson, Jr. (who rushed for 157 yards and a pair of TDs on only eight carries) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
