Volleyball Game Preview: University Titans vs. Cheney Blackhawks + How To Watch

The University Titans will face off against the Cheney Blackhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. University has now lost seven straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since September 27.

On Tuesday, University came up short against Mead and fell 3-1.

The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 23-25, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Cheney lost 3-0 to Mead on Thursday.

Cheney was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the first set very close. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-12, 25-10.

University's loss dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Cheney, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-10-1.

University took their victory against Cheney in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Blackhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
