Linden entered their tilt with Bret Harte on Thursday with 11 consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 12. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Bullfrogs a 5-0 shutout. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 6, 2020, but that streak is no more.

Bret Harte's batters probably weren't too happy with Matthew Schallberger, who pitched a no hitter and racked up nine Ks (he gave up zero walks). Schallberger has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in 13 consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Dax Weber was excellent, getting on base in two of his three plate appearances with two runs and one stolen base. He is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jonah Craven, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI.

Linden's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-4. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.4 runs over those games. As for Bret Harte, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 15-9.
