Ross waltzed into their match on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Monroe Hornets 3-0. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 3-0 victory back in September.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Ross took every set by at least 13 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-12, 25-11.

Ross found their leader in sophomore Sophie Ober, who had 13 digs and five assists.

Ross was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in three consecutive matchups.

Ross' victory bumped their record up to 22-2. As for Monroe, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-21.

Coming up, Ross will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Bellbrook at 3:00 p.m. Monroe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
