            Dothan gave up the first  runs on Tuesday, but they didn't let that get them  down. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Providence Christian Eagles, sneaking past  11-9. The  win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won three in a row.
 Aaron Walker looked comfortable as he  tossed 3.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  strikeouts (five).

 At the plate,  Kane Shellhouse was a standout: he scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave  him a new career-high in  doubles (two).  Dothan  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 16  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.

As for Providence Christian, they are taking a road trip to  take on Northside Methodist Academy  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The Eagles are facing the Knights at the right time seeing as the Knights are stuck on  a  19-game losing streak.
