Soccer Recap: Camden Takes a Loss

Camden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the South Pointe Stallions. The matchup was a 2-2 toss-up at halftime, but Camden couldn't quite close it out.

They hit South Pointe with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from James Metheny, Wyatt Smith, and Osmin Manueles.

Camden's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for South Pointe, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-6.

Camden wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 4-0 loss against York on the 4th. As for South Pointe, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Dreher on the 4th.
