Soccer Recap: Navasota Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hempstead last Tuesday, Navasota came back down to earth. The Navasota Rattlers came up short against the Sealy Tigers on Friday, falling 8-0. The Rattlers have struggled against the Tigers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meetings.

Navasota's loss dropped their record down to 8-11-1. As for Sealy, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-3.

Coming up, Navasota will take on New Waverly at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Sealy, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Sealy duke it out with Harmony School of Innovation at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
