Andrew Wold Delivers Best Performance of Season

On Friday, Auburn Riverside got the W thanks in part to Andrew Wold playing the best football he has all season. Wold rushed for 135 yards and three touchdowns, and also threw for 208 yards and three touchdowns on only ten passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 75-yard run.

On the year, Wold has thrown 8 touchdowns while averaging 143.6 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after seven games last season, he had two rushing touchdowns. This year he is already up to five.

If the past is any indication, Jones could be in store for another big game when he takes on Kentridge on Friday. When Jones last faced the Chargers back in October of 2023, he rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also picked up 52 receiving yards and a touchdown.
