Valders will be up against a hot New Holstein team: the squad just extended their winning streak to nine. The Huskies never let Kiel get on the board and left with a 9-0 victory on Thursday.

Makayla Meyer made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over seven innings pitched. Meyer was also big at the plate, going 3-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in May of 2024.
