Softball Recap: Hazen Comes Up Short

Hazen fell victim to McCrory and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Jaguars, falling 15-0. The loss continues a trend for the Hornets in their meetings with the Jaguars: they've now lost eight in a row.

Hazen's defeat dropped their record down to 4-9. As for McCrory, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hazen will head out to challenge Carlisle at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for McCrory, they will venture away from home to take on England at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars are facing the Lions at the right time seeing as the Lions are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
