West Laurens came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Baldwin Braves by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-1 two weeks ago.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: West Laurens took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-13.

Emma Darley paced West Laurens' offense, picking up seven kills. Darley got some help from Skylar Fountain and her 11 assists.

West Laurens' win bumped their record up to 11-14. As for Baldwin, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

West Laurens didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Howard on the 16th. As for Baldwin, they will square off against Mary Persons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
