Volleyball Game Preview: Fostoria Redmen vs. Ottawa-Glandorf Titans

After both having extra time off, the Fostoria Redmen and the Ottawa-Glandorf Titans will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fostoria is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak.

Fostoria lost 3-0 to Genoa Area on Thursday.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-16, 25-16.

Meanwhile, Ottawa-Glandorf suffered their biggest defeat since September 13th on Tuesday. They came up short against Shawnee, falling 3-0. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Ottawa-Glandorf was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-23, 25-19.

Ottawa-Glandorf's loss was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 8-1 and their overall record down to 17-5. As for Fostoria, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-20.
