Covenant Day has gone a perfect 3-0 against Rabun Gap-Nacoochee recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Covenant Day Lions will host the Rabun Gap-Nacoochee Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Covenant Day is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.5 goals per game this season.

While Covenant Day's win against Legion Collegiate Academy wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Covenant Day beat Legion Collegiate Academy by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory was nothing new for the Lions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Jane Neil and Caroline Wright scored both of Covenant Day's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Meanwhile, Rabun Gap-Nacoochee came up short against Asheville on Thursday and fell 4-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Covenant Day's win bumped their record up to 5-0-1. As for Rabun Gap-Nacoochee, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Covenant Day took their victory against Rabun Gap-Nacoochee in their previous meeting back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0. Will Covenant Day repeat their success, or does Rabun Gap-Nacoochee have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
