Wilson Prep came tearing into Friday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Weldon Chargers as they made off with a 12-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Tigers also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

Deandre Sellers was a standout: he went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three stolen bases, and two runs. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Anthony Ellis, who scored two runs and stole four bases while going 2-for-2.

Wilson Prep always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .633. That was just more of the same: they've now posted an OBP of .633 or higher in five consecutive contests.

Wilson Prep pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.
