Softball Recap: Buhach Colony Takes a Loss

Buhach Colony managed to slip by Los Banos the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Thunder lost 15-3 to the Tigers on Thursday. The Thunder were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Tigers earlier this season, when they won 8-7.

Addison Hill made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Another player making a difference was Jasmine Resendez, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Buhach Colony dropped their record down to 7-10 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Los Banos, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-11.

Buhach Colony will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Merced at 4:00 p.m. on the 29th. The Bears will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something the Thunder surely won't give up without a fight. As for Los Banos, they have already played their next contest, a 7-6 win against Golden Valley on the 22nd.
