Softball Recap: Andrew Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Andrew's offense. They lost 15-0 to the Lincoln-Way East Griffins on Wednesday. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, the Thunderbolts' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Andrew's defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Lincoln-Way East, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-6.

Andrew has already played their next matchup, an 11-2 loss against Lockport on the 15th. As for Lincoln-Way East, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-1 victory against Lincoln-Way Central on the 15th.
