Football Recap: Freedom Life Academy Takes a Loss

The Freedom Life Academy Patriots were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 44-38 to the Northshore V Vultures. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Freedom Life Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Northshore V, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Freedom Life Academy will square off against First Baptist Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Patriots will be up against the Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 30.5 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Northshore V, they will be playing at home against Acadiana Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
