Soccer Recap: Asheville Christian Academy Plays to a Tie

For the first time this season, Asheville Christian Academy was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the St. Stephens Indians could gain the upper hand on Monday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

With that draw, Asheville Christian Academy's record moves to 2-0-1. Meanwhile, St. Stephens' record is now 0-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Asheville Christian Academy will look to takes advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they takes on Gaston Christian at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for St. Stephens, they will square off against Statesville at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
