Softball Recap: White Pine Bobcats vs. Lake Mead Academy Eagles
White Pine can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. Everything went their way against the Lake Mead Academy Eagles as the White Pine Bobcats made off with a 15-5 victory. Winning may never get old, but White Pine sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Kasadie Britton made a big impact no matter where she played. She tossed four innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off four hits. Britton was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two RBI.
In other pitching news, Paige Hayward looked comfortable as she pitched an inning while giving up no earned runs or hits.
Back at the plate, Callie Hollingworth was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs. Cecilia Barbosa was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
