Sandia Prep entered their tilt with Dexter on Saturday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Demons with a sharp 14-0 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 24-4 win on Saturday.

Jonas Mahboub and Logan Lemons did most of the damage at the plate: Mahboub got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and two RBI, while Lemons went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Lemons is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Landon Hardcastle, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Sandia Prep now has a winning record of 13-12. As for Dexter, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Coming up, Sandia Prep will face off against Cobre on Friday. The last three games the Indians have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Dexter does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
