Hernando waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Tupelo Golden Wave by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Tigers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Hernando's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Tupelo, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hernando will square off against Center Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Tupelo, they will be playing in front of their home fans against New Hope at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
