            Volleyball Recap: Beyer Patriots vs. Central Valley Hawks        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Beyer, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Monday. They were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Central Valley Hawks on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  back in March.
 Beyer not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Central Valley between 17 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18,  25-20.
 Brett Bird paced Beyer's offense, picking up 13 kills. Bird got some help from  Cruz Hibbard and his 21 assists.  Jordan Sao Rodriguez controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
Beyer has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record  this season. As for Central Valley, they dropped their record down to 4-18 with the  loss, which was their seventh straight  on the road.
 After both having extra time off, Beyer and Grace Davis will shake off the rust and duke it out  at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Central Valley, they will welcome Livingston  at 6:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  win, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight.
