Patchogue-Medford hadn't done well against Walt Whitman recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Raiders walked away with a 14-10 victory over the Wildcats. This was a revenge game for the Raiders: when they faced off against the Wildcats on Thursday, they had to take a 7-5 defeat.

Patchogue-Medford's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Walt Whitman, their loss dropped their record down to 7-4.
