Poudre had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Northglenn Norsemen. That's more bragging rights for Poudre, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit Northglenn with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Owen Mills, Jesus Gachupin Coronado, and Chase Modesitt.

Poudre's victory bumped their record up to 6-2-1. As for Northglenn, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-4-1.
