Arkoma is 8-1 against Gans since September of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Mustangs will host the Grizzlies at 7:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Arkoma is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 46 points back in September, they were much more limited against Quinton last Friday. They were outmatched by the Savages and fell 58-12. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Although Arkoma took the loss, they still got scores from Kingston Farrar and Jacob Edgar.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 62 points the game before, Gans was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They lost 26-6 to Cave Springs. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since November 4, 2021, but that streak is no more.

Gans dropped their record down to 2-3 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Arkoma, they now also have a losing record of 2-3.

Everything came up roses for Arkoma against Gans in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 38-6 win. In that matchup, the Mustangs amassed a halftime lead of 26-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
