Community Christian came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins dating back to last season, and they left with even more momentum. They blew past Ahoskie Christian 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Cyclones also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

While Community Christian might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Ahoskie Christian scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-18, 25-19.

Community Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Ahoskie Christian, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Community Christian will host Greenfield at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ahoskie Christian, they will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Fellowship Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
