Basketball Recap: Horace Drops Season-High Score on Fargo North

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Horace). They claimed a resounding 103-73 victory over the Fargo North Spartans. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 83-69 back in December of 2024.

Horace has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 90.4 points per game. As for Fargo North, they moved to 6-9 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Horace has already played their next game (against Sheyenne), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Fargo North will take on Grand Forks Central at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Grand Forks Central knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 matches -- so hopefully Fargo North likes a good challenge.
