Basketball Recap: Cascade Takes a Loss

If Cascade was riding high fresh off their 59-13 takedown of Greenleaf Friends Academy on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cascade Ramblers lost to the Salmon River Savages at home by a 48-34 margin on Saturday. The Ramblers haven't had much luck with the Savages recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Cascade's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Salmon River, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 8-2.

Cascade will challenge Tri-Valley at 6:00 p.m. on January 18th. As for Salmon River, they will square off against Horseshoe Bend at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
