 Cherokee and Bishop Eustace Prep are an even 4-4 against one another  since May of 2015, but likely not for long. The Cherokee Chiefs will be playing at home against the Bishop Eustace Prep Crusaders at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both teams have allowed few  runs on average, (Cherokee: 3.3, Bishop Eustace Prep: 2.3) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
 Cherokee stacked  a  seventh blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Rancocas Valley as Cherokee made off with  a  12-5 victory. Cherokee's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most  runs they've scored all season.
 Meanwhile,  Bishop Eustace Prep unfortunately witnessed the end of their  eight-game winning streak on Wednesday. They took  a  4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Audubon.
 Bishop Eustace Prep got a good showing from  Lucas Edwards, who   struck out seven batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned run off   two  hits (and only one walk).
 On the hitting side, Bishop Eustace Prep saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Dante Bell, who  scored a  run while going 1-for-3.
 Cherokee's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Bishop Eustace Prep, their defeat  ended  a  five-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 10-4.
 Cherokee was able to grind out a solid  victory over Bishop Eustace Prep in their previous meeting  back in May of 2023, winning  6-2. Does  Cherokee have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bishop Eustace Prep turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
