Crawford fought the good fight in their extra-innings matchup against Army-Navy on Wednesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They lost 17-6 to the Army-Navy Warriors. The Colts' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak dating back to last season.

Abbel Martinez made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored two runs and stole Two bases. while going 3-for-4. Jeffrey Krantz also deserves some recognition as he hit his first triple of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Crawford fell to 3-1. As for Army-Navy, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crawford will host Guajome Park Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Army-Navy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Bonsall on March 25th.
