Football Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Riverside fought the good fight in their overtime game against Irrigon on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They took a 20-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Although Riverside took the loss, they still got scores from Sergio Avalos and Colby Crowell.

Riverside has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Irrigon, their record now sits at 2-4.

Coming up, Riverside will host Grant Union at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Irrigon, they will take on Enterprise at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Knights will be up against the Outlaws' rather soft defense (which has allowed 31 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
