It was a good run, but Jefferson unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Oconee County Warriors. The Dragons were not able to make up for their defeat to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Jefferson was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 19 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Oconee County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Jefferson has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against LaFayette on the 16th. As for Oconee County, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Calhoun on the 16th.
