Soccer Recap: Prosper Falls to Duncanville in First Game of Season

Prosper unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-pitch advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the Duncanville Panthers and Pantherettes by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but the Eagles couldn't quite close it out.

Lucas Tauzin wasn't going to let Duncanville walk away unscathed as he scored both of Prosper's goals.

The victory made it two in a row for Duncanville and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Prosper will venture away from home to challenge Keller at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Keller will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Prosper surely won't give up without a fight. As for Duncanville, they will be defending their home pitch for the first time this season when they go up against Abilene at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
