Basketball Recap: Sheyenne Comes Up Short

After flying high against Grand Forks Central last Thursday, Sheyenne came back down to earth. The Sheyenne Mustangs fell 73-62 to the Fargo Davies Eagles on Saturday. Surprisingly, this marked the third straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Sheyenne has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-15 record this season. Fargo Davies' record is now 17-7.

Sheyenne does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Fargo Davies, they will challenge Bismarck on Thursday.
