Basketball Game Preview: White Deer Bucks vs. Fort Elliott Cougars

White Deer is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Fort Elliott is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The White Deer Bucks will host the Fort Elliott Cougars at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, White Deer humbled Hedley with a 60-18 victory. The Bucks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Fort Elliott earned a 44-31 victory over Miami on Tuesday. The Cougars haven't had any issues with the Warriors recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

White Deer is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-11 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.0 points over those games. As for Fort Elliott, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
