Basketball Recap: Brody Prochnow's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Oak Grove Classical Academy over Mccurdy

Oak Grove Classical Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a 65-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the McCurdy Bobcats.

Oak Grove Classical Academy lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Brody Prochnow, who posted 17 points. Another player making a difference was Isaac Rush, who had 12 points.

Oak Grove Classical Academy now has a losing record at 5-6. As for McCurdy, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-5.

Oak Grove Classical Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 63-35 victory against Coronado on the 14th. As for McCurdy, they will challenge Dulce at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. McCurdy has been dominant on offense recently, having racked up an incredible 183 points over their last three games.
