Baseball Recap: St. Frederick Takes a Loss

St. Frederick suffered their closest defeat since March 23, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Sterlington Panthers by a score of 4-2. The Warriors just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

St. Frederick saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was WILLIAM PATRICK, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI. OWEN ONEILL also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

St. Frederick's defeat dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Sterlington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

While St. Frederick had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
