There's no place like home for Carroll County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Trimble County Raiders on Tuesday. While the Panthers didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-12), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Carroll County is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Trimble County, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3.

Carroll County will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
