Glenvar won against Radford on Tuesday with three runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Highlanders didn't even let the Floyd County Buffaloes on the board, marking the Highlanders' second-straight 3-0 shutout. The victory was nothing new for the Highlanders as they're now sitting on three straight.

Glenvar's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-6. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Floyd County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-4.
