Volleyball Recap: Daniella Madore and Zoelle Raymond Secure Win for Hampden + How To Watch

Hampden came into Friday's match having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Cony Rams by a score of 3-1 on Friday. For the Broncos, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

The victory didn't come easy: Cony scored at least 18 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-20, 14-25, 25-18.

Leading Hampden to victory were Zoelle Raymond and Daniella Madore. Raymond had 24 digs and one assist, while Madore had 31 assists and five digs. Those 31 assists gave Madore a new career-high.

Hampden was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive contests.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Cony, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Coincidentally, Hampden and Cony will both be playing Nokomis the next time they take the court. The Broncos will host the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Rams will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
