James Clemens extended their postseason success on Saturday against Grissom. Their defense stepped up to hand the Tigers a 3-0 shutout. Give James Clemens' defense some credit: that's the team's sixth straight shutout.

James Clemens has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-1-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those eight matches. As for Grissom, their loss dropped their record down to 15-4-2.

Looking ahead, James Clemens will face off against Vestavia Hills at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Vestavia Hills will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something James Clemens surely won't give up without a fight. Grissom does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
