Volleyball Recap: Montclair Comes Up Short

After flying high against Ontario last Wednesday, Montclair came back down to earth. Montclair fell 2-0 to the Claremont Wolfpack on Friday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-13.

Montclair's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Claremont, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Montclair and Claremont will both be playing Ontario Christian the next time they take the court. Montclair will head out to face Ontario Christian at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, while Claremont will play them later in the day, at 5:00 p.m.
