Basketball Recap: Pojoaque Valley Comes Up Short

Pojoaque Valley was the 46-30 winner over Espanola Valley when they last played one another on February 8th, but their luck changed this time around. The Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes took a 50-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Espanola Valley Sundevils on Tuesday.

Pojoaque Valley's loss dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Espanola Valley, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 19-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Pojoaque Valley nor Espanola Valley have any future games scheduled.
