Softball Recap: South Seneca Picks Up Sixth Straight Win at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bradford Central, South Seneca was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Canisteo-Greenwood Chargers a 4-0 shutout.

South Seneca's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.5 runs over those games. As for Canisteo-Greenwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.
