Basketball Recap: Narraguagus' Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Narraguagus can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They snuck past the Shead Tigers with a 50-44 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 49-46 back in December of 2024.

Narraguagus' win bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Shead, they dropped their record down to 5-6 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Narraguagus will square off against Machias at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Shead, they will face off against Deer Isle-Stonington at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Shead is facing Deer Isle-Stonington at the right time seeing as Deer Isle-Stonington is stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
