Nouvel Catholic Central waltzed into their matchup on Friday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Hemlock Huskies as they made off with a 51-27 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 56-50 back in January.

Nouvel Catholic Central pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points over those games. As for Hemlock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-8.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers challenge the Cougars at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Hemlock, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Birch Run at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
