Soccer Recap: Spooner Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Spooner was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Washburn Castle Guards. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Washburn this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 two weeks ago.

Spooner's goal came courtesy of Carter St. Onge, who's now up to two this season.

Spooner's loss dropped their record down to 4-9-1. As for Washburn, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Spooner wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 1-0 victory against Hayward on the 9th. Washburn has also already played their next contest (against Barron), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
