Baseball Recap: Chino Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Chino had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. Everything went their way against the Ontario Jaguars as they made off with a 14-7 win. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 12-0 win on Wednesday.

Chino got a massive performance out of Nathan Sena, who went 4-for-5 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. That's the most doubles Sena has posted since back in April. Pablo Valdez was another key player, going 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

Chino lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Chino's record now sits at 17-4. As for Ontario, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-11.

Looking ahead, Chino will welcome Montclair at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cavaliers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last. Ontario does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
