Baseball Recap: Decatur Falls Short of Mount Vernon in the Playoffs

Decatur and Mount Vernon squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Decatur had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 3-1.

Decatur's loss dropped their record down to 21-5-1. As for Mount Vernon, the victory (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 22-4.
