Basketball Recap: Guilford Park Takes a Loss

Guilford Park was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 61-49 to the Long Reach Lightning.

Guilford Park's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Long Reach, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Guilford Park will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Annapolis at 6:00 p.m. on February 24th. As for Long Reach, they will host Howard at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
